How do I reserve the Community Entertainment Room?You can reserve the room by contacting the leasing office or submitting a request through this website on the "Book Online" tab. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

How far in advance can I book?Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance, subject to availability.

What is the maximum capacity of the room?The maximum capacity is [Insert Number] guests. Please check with the leasing office for current limits.

Can I bring outside food and drinks?Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Alcohol is permitted but must be consumed responsibly. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.

What amenities are included with the rental? (copy)The room includes a large kitchen and dining area, ping pong, pool table, air hockey, darts, multiple TVs, private bathrooms, and access to the pool and spa. Outside amenities include BBQ grills and a wood-fired pizza oven. The pool will still be open to residents at all available hours.
